Lee Fence and Outdoor, LLC is a division of REH Holdings, Inc. along with our two sister companies, Elderlee, Inc and L.S.Lee, Inc.
During the next four-plus decades H. J. Williams grew into one of the foremost heavy and highway contractors in the region, building roads and bridges in Pennsylvania and Maryland.
In 1984, H. J. Williams Co. was sold - completing a reorganization and transition from road building to specialty contracting and manufacturing - our focus then and today.
As part of the 1973 transaction, the company also acquired L.S. Lee, Inc., a Pennsylvania guardrail division located in Harrisburg, PA.
