We are a locally owned company, specializing in concrete and wood refinishing. Even though decks, fences, and chimneys are our thing we can handle most small jobs you would call a handyman for. Whether you need a fence installed, a deck powerwashed and painted, a chimney swept and repointed, or just need a light bulb changed that is just out of your reach; we can do it all.
We know there is nothing quite like a freshly powerwashed and stained deck to make your backyard look and feel new again. We can handle that for you. Your nice straight fence has a tendency over the winter to shift and move due to the ground freezing and thawing. We can fix that, install new, or powerwash and stain to make it look new.

Services
Your should have your chimney cleaned professionally, because Safety is a top priority with working off the roof to access the top of the chimney.
A professional could tell you if other maintenance is needed as well.
For example: brick repointing, replacement of the chimney cap, metal flue cap to prevent birds/squirrels from getting into the chimney, and/or need for metal flue liner.
Many homeowners don't think the chimney liner ever needs to be replaced.
However, sometimes it must be.
Some may be damaged by improperly cleaning it with a metal brush rather thatn plastic fiber brush and rods that are safer to use with a metal liner.

The fence is built along a slope the erosion of the soil during the spring and winter will shift the posts.
2. Direct freezing and thawing of winter and spring may lift the fence depending on how much water run off is involved.
Fear not you do not have to replace your existing fence, here's what I would do to realign it.
I would remove the fence paneling and lift the posts, run a stake line to get a true straight line.
Realign the posts and drill a hole 4" above the bottom and slide a 12" section of rear into the hole.

Very professional; Walt returned our inquiry in a very timely manner and was able to repair our chimney in a quick turnaround time.
I was very happy with the end result.
Competitive and fair pricing from my experiences.
Walter did a great job at a very fair price.
He was able to diagnose my problem as a clogged chimney and worked hard to clean out the blockage.
My chimney has never worked this well even after another company supposedly cleaned it just a year ago.
I would recommend Walter to anyone that has a chimney that they need cleaned.
