It all started in 1970 when a young man, Paul Brown Sr., helped his friend build a wood fence. That friend was Shelby Oakley, who was a college student at the time. Shelby had started a little fence company here in Stillwater to help pay his way through college. Little did Paul know on that day his life and path would be changed forever. It wasn't long after this that Shelby returned to Tulsa to run the family fence business.
