Once we go into contract, we get you scheduled on our calendar.
When it is time for us to start your job, we typically come in, lay out the job and set the posts.
This, on average, takes 1-2 days.
We then give the posts cure time and come back about a week later to finish the job.
Once we are in agreement, we require a down deposit.
This allows us to lock in the pricing quoted and we are then able to get materials ordered so we are ready to start your job when scheduled.
From there, we require the balance to be due upon completion.
