Category 5 Fence Company was founded by two brothers, Edwin and James Toca.
James, who since his youth has built many wooden structures, built his fence and deck pre-Katrina at his home in Lakeview.
His fence and deck survived 10 feet of water and 120 mph winds.
In fact, it was the family joke that his house did not survive, but his fence and deck did.
Since then, their sister Wendy Toca has joined the company.
