If you are not sure where your property line is, please contact a surveyor to have the corners staked and a survey map of your property made.
It is recommended as a homeowner to have a survey of your property done every 10 years.
Do I need a permit for my fence?
Since each town has slightly different permit requirements, it is best you contact your local building department to ask if a permit is needed.
Is your company insured?
Fence Factory is fully insured.
HOA/Towns that require permits will need our insurance certificate sent directly to them from our insurance agency.

Blake and his helper did an outstanding job installing our fence. Blake was very personable and professional from the quote to the finish of the fence. Our yard was not ideal for any fence company and Blake didn’t complain about it. I would highly recommend this fence company to anyone that is in need of fencing or had a bad experience with a prior company. I believe his quote was fair compared to other quotes I had received. If for any reason I move and am in need of another fence Fence Factory will most definitely be my go to. Thank you both for completing the fence in a timely fashion and being so professional on every level. Absolutely love our new fence!
