They built a custom pergola with 42 lattice sides and attached dog run. The men that did the job were so hard-working and professional. I cannot tell you how many compliments we've gotten on it. They always were on time also, great job!

Had a few fence posts replaced from rotting at ground level. A reasonable good done although no caps were put back on the new posts. Was told that they weren't included after I asked about them. I don't understand why about $10 worth of wood for 3 caps wasn't included in a $500 job of replacing 3 posts. Service: Wood fence installation

Shawn was recommended to me by a friend who I trust. I got a few quotes from a couple fencing companies in our area but ultimately went with him when he came out and did our estimate. He was straightforward and didn't try to upsell. They were able to start our job within 2 weeks of our quote and there was no lapse in communication like a few of the other fencing companies.

His guys came in and finished our quality fence within a day and we are exceptionally happy with the product and communication throughout the process. We would recommend to a friend or family.

We used Upright Fences 14 years ago for our fence. We live on property that takes on a lot of water in the Spring. We had a section that needed to be replaced due to overgrown bushes that damaged the fence over the years. Shawn came out to give us a quote. He made a few recommendations due to the wear and tear our fence has had over the years. We received our quote via email as requested.

We made arrangements a few weeks later and had the fence repaired. His crew was very attentive and answered any questions we had. They did a great job. The quality of the cedar is high quality. (I now wish we could afford to have it all redone!--however the rest of the fence is holding up just fine.) Will be calling on them again when needed.

We had our fence installed early in the season. I had no difficulty reaching the owner any time I had questions or concerns. He personally talked me through the finance options available. I didn't love that I had to contact the finance company myself and that the paperwork was sent through a 3rd party but the install quote was significantly less than other companies so it was worth the hassle to me.

The fence was installed on time with no issues. We were a little surprised that the crew left the concrete and dirt and did not provide clean up. I was told after the fact that would be extra however when I voiced concern over that to the owner, he sent someone over right away to pick up the large chunks of concrete that we were unable to move. (Our fence was installed through a driveway) Overall I am happy with the product and install I received and the price I was quoted. Btw the price I was quoted was the price I paid, there were no hidden charges. I found the owner very easy to reach via phone, email and text and he was very accommodating to my needs and timeline. I would use this company again.

Have used Upright Fence for years. They have done fencing in 3 homes over 20 years. Always a great job. Just had some repair work done on my current 10 year old fence.new gate and section.looks great and works awesome. Great Job!
