Our permit expeditor takes full responsibility of meeting with building and safety plan checker and obtaining a building permits.
Each city varies, some cities can provide a permit over the counter the same day while others require a submittal that can take anywhere between 4-6 weeks.
Our expeditor works closely with our team of engineers to submit the most detailed set of plans to obtain a permit in the least amount of time.
Our expeditor also sees that any necessary clearances from historical, design committee, fire and or planning is approved.

Although Painting is a traditional route it offers a wide variety of colors and can easily be repaired and touched up.
This finish is best used for metals that will be near humid or wet areas.
Galvanizing provides a protective layer and is primed and painted to give it added protection and a clean finish.
Some designs are not recommended for galvanizing since the process exposes the metal to high levels of heat.
Please ask your estimator if your design is recommended for galvanizing.
