We will make sure you understand everything about the fence or deck project and will provide you with a written estimate. The next step is to enter into an agreement. Our contracts clearly layout what we will provide to you, including our warranty, and what is expected from you.
We will keep you updated by providing you with follow-up communication once the contract is signed which outlines the next steps; we will notify you in advance when to expect your utilities to be marked in preparation for your installation; we will notify you in advance when your material will be delivered (if applicable); and, we will send you a communication concerning what to expect on installation day including what day and time we will begin work.
